Project Coordinator/Project Manager


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for accurate project scoping and creation of estimates, quotations, and sales orders in collaboration with production, vendors and Management as required.

  • Responsible for clear, timely and concise communication and a thorough understanding of client/stakeholder requirements, management of client/stakeholder expectations and specification of required deliverables.

  • To ensure projects are delivered within budget, scope, schedule/deadlines, margins, risk, and quality.

  • To ensure the accuracy of financial project data, workflows, schedules and processes to maximize efficiency and profitability. This includes invoicing on time and support on a collection as requested.

  • Regularly call and evaluate customer satisfaction of project deliverables, propose improvements in customer-specific processes based on lessons learned.

  • File and Delivery quality Management: File Version control management, File tracking, integrity checks, hand-offs, hand-backs and revisions

  • Provide regular updates of Project Tracking sheet and reports to management as required

  • Resolve questions and issues in a timely and effective manner for clients and internal teams.

  • Status reporting and post-project reviews and providing documentation for post-mortem processes.

  • Be compliant with the EQHO and relevant ISO standards.


Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and Proactive.

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

  • Good English communication skills in writing, speaking and listening.

  • Good organizational, coordination, and project planning skills.

  • Willingness to work flexibly and/or beyond regular hours as required.

  • Willingness to learn.

  • Standard Windows, Android/iOS with Office/GSuite

  • Knowledge of project management principles

  • Good understanding of localization principles and processes,/p>

  • 1+ years of work experience or fresh graduate.

  • Bachelor Degree in any field. Non-graduates will also be considered depending on English communications ability.

  • A Positive “can do" attitude, high work ethics and a willingness to learn.
